Leaf Springs

Correct Sagging Stance and Reduce Wheel Hop with New Leaf Springs
Leaf Springs
A sagging rear end, uneven stance, or wheel hop under acceleration are common issues on classic Chevy Camaros, Chevelles, and El Caminos with original leaf springs. After decades of supporting weight and absorbing road shock, factory spring packs can lose arch, crack, or allow excess axle movement. As power levels increase or restorations move forward, worn rear springs quickly become more noticeable.
Replacing leaf springs restores proper ride height, improves rear stability, and helps control axle wrap during hard launches. Fresh spring packs provide more consistent load support and better traction on both stock and mildly upgraded builds. Leaf springs are often refreshed alongside rear axle components or reinforced with subframe connectors, since a stable rear foundation plays a major role in predictable handling.
