Trunk Mats

Replace Moldy or Ripped Trunk Mats with Fresh Replacements
Trunk Mats
Stained, brittle, or completely missing trunk mats are common on classic Chevy Camaros, Chevelles, and El Caminos that have lived through decades of use. Moisture from weatherstrips, spare tire wells, or simple condensation often soaks into the original material, leaving it warped or deteriorated. In many cases, the trunk mat is long gone, exposing painted metal or patchwork repairs underneath.
Installing a proper trunk mat finishes the cargo area and helps protect the trunk floor from abrasion and shifting cargo. A correctly fitted mat also makes it easier to spot fresh leaks before they turn into corrosion problems. Many restorations add trunk mats after repairing trunk floors and braces or correcting sealing issues around trunk lids, latches and locks, since a clean surface and solid sealing make the mat sit properly.
