This crate engine (BP38318CTC1) delivers 436 horsepower and 443 ft.-lbs. of torque with street-friendly drivability and modern dependability. Built around a high-strength cast iron block with a 4-bolt main and 4.000" bore, it offers exceptional durability and a secure, leak-free 1-piece rear main seal. Aluminum cylinder heads, a hydraulic roller cam, and hypereutectic pistons combine to create strong, efficient power with reduced maintenance. Its Holley Classic 750-CFM carburetor ensures smooth throttle response and reliable performance on every drive. Designed as a base-dressed crate engine, it comes equipped with premium components including a dual-plane aluminum intake manifold, chrome timing cover, and Melling high-volume oil pump.
