This Hurst Pro-Matic 2 ratchet shifter is designed for street and track use (AS01). It provides positive, controlled gear changes for vehicles equipped with 3-speed automatic transmissions. It allows manual ratcheting through each gear while preventing missed shifts. This maintains consistent transmission engagement.

It has a chrome-plated 9-1/2" shift lever and black shift knob. These deliver a period-correct appearance that fits well in restomod interiors. A positive reverse lockout meets NHRA and IHRA technical requirements. The illuminated gear position indicator improves visibility during operation. This shifter assembly includes brackets and a heavy-duty 5' shift cable. It also includes integrated neutral safety and backup light switches.
