Mishimoto 2" X 35’ Exhaust Heat Wrap Set with Locking Ties for 1964-1972 Chevy Chevelles and El Caminos and 1967-1973 Camaros.
Control exhaust heat and reduce underhood temperature. This Mishimoto exhaust heat wrap set insulates exhaust manifolds and pipes (MMTW-235). It retains heat within the exhaust system to limit heat transfer into the engine bay. By managing radiant exhaust heat, the wrap supports more stable intake air temperatures. This protects nearby components from excessive heat exposure. It is rated to withstand direct heat up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also rated to withstand radiant heat up to 2800 degrees Fahrenheit. This set includes stainless steel locking ties to secure the wrap.
