MSD Blaster II Black Round-Type 45,000 Volt Ignition Coil for Vehicles with a Carbureted Engine.
This ignition coil (82023) enhances the ignition capabilities of your classic ride. It offers improved output for electronic ignitions and a sleek black finish. It has an alkyd tower with high dielectric properties and a 100:1 turn ratio. The lower primary resistance produces high voltage output. This ignition coil is filled with premium-grade oil for cooling and is CARB E.O. approved.

Tech Tip: Most late-model vehicles with electronic ignitions do not require a ballast resistor. Check your ignition and manufacturer’s specifications to determine if a ballast is required in your application. Mallory Unilite applications also require the ballast resistor. Also, a coil bracket is recommended to properly mount this ignition coil.
