Powermaster Black 90 AMP One-Wire Generator to Alternator Conversion for 1964-1972 Chevy Chevelles and El Caminos and 1967-1973 Camaros with a V8 Engine.
This Powermaster alternator (82101-2) looks identical to the original generator found on your Chevelle, El Camino, or Camaro, but has modern internals for a better charging system. Powermaster constructs this generator style alternator out of a billet aluminum. It provides 90 AMPs, greatly reducing the dimming of the lights on your car. With the one-wire 12 volt operation, the PowerGEN produces a whopping 60 amps at idle and is only 1/4" larger in diameter than a stock generator.
