UMI Black A-Arm Kit w/ Delrin Bushings/Tall Ball Joints Chevy Camaro 70-81

Improve steering precision and front-end stability on your 1970-1981 Camaro. This UMI a-arm kit improves suspension geometry while retaining factory mounting points (265253-1-B). The upper a-arms feature chromoly offset cross shafts. These reduce shim requirements during alignment. The repositioned ball joints allow up to 5-7 degrees of positive caster. They also allow up to 2-1/2 degrees of negative camber. The 1/2” taller-than-stock upper ball joints improve cornering performance and lateral grip. The relocated lower ball joint increases caster by approximately 2 degrees. This enhances steering feel and straight-line stability.

It is made from durable DOM steel tubing. These a-arms are assembled with UMI Delrin bushings. These reduce friction and deliver consistent steering response. A pancake-style polyurethane bump stop helps control suspension travel. Laser-cut reinforcement plates add strength in high-stress areas. It has double-shear swivel sway bar mounts. These and the included hardware ensure compatibility with UMI sway bars. They are also compatible with most factory eyelet-style sway bars.
