UMI Black A-Arm Kit Chevy Camaro 70-81 w/ Adjustable Tall Ball Joints/Delrin Bushings

Improve steering precision and front-end stability on your 1970-1981 Camaro. This UMI a-arm kit improves suspension geometry (265256-1-B). It also maintains factory mounting points for proper fitment on GM F-body applications.

The upper a-arms use chromoly offset cross shafts. These reduce shim requirements during alignment. Repositioned ball joints allow up to 5-7 degrees of positive caster. They also allow up to 2-1/2 degrees of negative camber. The adjustable upper ball joint is 1/2” taller than stock. This improves cornering performance and lateral grip. The relocated lower ball joint increases caster by approximately 2 degrees. This enhances steering feel and straight-line stability.

They are made from durable DOM steel tubing. They are assembled with UMI Delrin bushings. These reduce friction and deliver crisp steering response. This makes them well-suited for aggressive street driving and racing applications. A pancake-style polyurethane bump stop helps control suspension travel. Laser-cut reinforcement plates add strength in high-stress areas. It includes double-shear swivel sway bar mounts and hardware. This ensures compatibility with UMI sway bars and most factory eyelet-style sway bars.
