UMI Black Front Upper A-arms w/ Tall Ball Joints Chevy Camaro 70-81

Improve steering response and front-end control on your 1970-1981 Chevy. These UMI front upper a-arms are a direct bolt-in upgrade for GM F-body applications (2653-1-B). They increase caster and improve suspension geometry while retaining factory mounting locations.

These a-arms feature a 1/2” taller-than-stock upper ball joint. This improves camber gain, cornering performance, and lateral grip. The relocated geometry adds up to 4 degrees of caster. This reduces steering wander while enhancing straight-line stability and steering feel. A 4140 chromoly offset cross shaft allows for camber adjustment. At the same time, this while minimizes the need for shims during alignment.

They are made from 1.250” DOM steel tubing. Greaseable UMI Delrin bushings reduce friction and deflection to deliver precise steering response. A polyurethane pancake-style bump stop helps control suspension rebound.
