UMI Front/Rear Spring Set 1” Drop Chevy Chevelle/El Camino 67-72

Deliver modern handling, reduced body roll, and a crisp ride to you classic Chevy. This UMI front and rear spring set fits 1964-1972 Chevelles and El Caminos (4050). It also fits other GM A-Body vehicles. These premium springs were developed with a leading Sprint Cup chassis engineer. The front springs are made from 5160 CrSi wire with a 530 pound-per-inch linear rate. The rear springs use 9254 CrSi wire with a 130 pound-per-inch rate. This provides consistent performance for Auto-x, Pro-Tour, and general cruising. It also eliminates the “floating” feel common in A-body vehicles. It is engineered for a 1” lowering with SBC, Pontiac 400, aluminum-head Big Block Chevy, and LS power. The front springs are compatible with full-weight Big Blocks at a 1/4” nose-down rake. It maintains the classic muscle car look. Plus, they are finished in a durable black powder coat.
