UMI Black Tubular Upper/Lower A-Arm Kit Chevy Camaro 70-81

Upgrade the front suspension on your 1970-1981 Chevy Camaro. This tubular upper and lower a-arm kit also fits other GM F-body and B-body vehicles (265153-B). It improves steering feel, stability, and overall handling. It increases caster potential while maintaining factory mounting locations for proper fitment.

The upper a-arms feature chromoly offset cross shafts to reduce shim requirements. The repositioned ball joints achieve up to 5-7 degrees of positive caster. They also provide up to 2-1/2 degrees of negative camber. Lower a-arms relocate the ball joint forward to add approximately 2 degrees of caster. This improves straight-line stability and steering response. Together, these changes deliver a more planted front end and improved cornering control.

Built from durable DOM steel tubing, this a-arm kit comes fully assembled. It includes high-quality ball joints. Delrin bushings provide crisp steering response. Polyurethane bushings and pancake-style bump stops maintain ride quality. They have double shear swivel sway bar mounts. The included hardware ensures compatibility with UMI sway bars. They are also compatible with most factory or aftermarket eyelet-style sway bars. A direct bolt-in kit, it works with factory-style coil springs as well as hybrid coil setups.
